Why do Christians need to study the Old Testament when we have the New Testament? It’s a great question and the answer is worth it. Today we are talking practically about a topic that confused me for a long time. Why do Christians need to study the Old Testament when we have the New Testament? 

So I got to be honest, I used to hate it when people would send me songs when they would try to encourage me. I would have much rather had a scripture verse or a Bible passage on a bad day, but then I was reading the Bible and I learned that it was a command to do that! To encourage each other with hymns and spiritual songs. So I decided to take God at His word and this is what I discovered.

Today we are talking about special needs individuals and their caregivers. The goal of this episode is to let the people with and or close to special needs feel seen. This is meant to help you understand that your body or your mind is not the same things as your soul.  You are valuable and worth getting to know.

In our world today there is a lot of different voices out there. This can be a wonderful and beautiful thing, but individual messages are not always useful. In today’s episode I talk about the importance of media literacy and keeping your mind on things above.

Do you ever feel lonely? I do. My freshman year in high school was the worst year I could have imagined.  

But when God showed up in my life through an even worse situation, I learned I was never alone. God is not only big and powerful, but also personal.
